Steak Bomb Pizza, Tony-Style...yum yum!

Ok, so you have to start out with a dough.  I use my bread machine, but you can make the dough by hand or buy it for about $2 pre-made at the grocery store.  Here is the dough recipe.  If you are using a machine, put the ingredients into the machine in this order, and select the dough setting.

Pizza Dough Recipe
1 1/4 Cup warm water
2 Tbs Olive oil (or vegetable oil if you don't have olive)
1 Tbs Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Package Active Dry yeast (or 2 1/2 Teaspoons)
1 Tsp salt

So, while your dough is kneading and rising, prep the other materials.

1-2 lbs shaved steak
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red pepper
sliced mushrooms
sliced onion
2:1 ratio of mozzarella:white cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing
Salt and garlic powder

Step One: Brown the beef, and sprinkle a little salt and garlic powder on it.  Drain and set aside.

Step Two: Chop your pepper into 1/4 in thick slices, as well as your onion and mushroom

Step Three: After your dough is ready, spread it into a pizza pan.  We used a 16" round pan (pan pictured is actually one of the other pizzas we made...forgot to shoot him spreading the dough for this one, sorry:)

Step Four: Spread Ranch dressing on the dough, as you would sauce.

Step Five: Sprinkle 3/4 of the cheese on the dough.

Step Six: Put down your peppers....

Then mushrooms....

Then onions....

Step Seven: Put down the steak.

Step Seven: Top with the last 1/4 of the cheese.

Please Daddy...drop some steak!

Bake at 425-450 degrees until golden brown.  Since there are a lot of toppings, it will take about 20 minutes.
